Question 1

How do I use an offer from this page?

Accepted Answer

Open the offer link from this page, add eligible items to your cart and head to checkout. If the offer comes with a code, enter it there. Always check the discount appears in your total before you pay.

Question 2

What if the discount doesn't apply at checkout?

Accepted Answer

First, re-read the offer's terms to make sure your items qualify. Then check that you opened the store through the offer link and that any code was typed in correctly. If it still won't work, contact the store's customer service.

Question 3

Where can I find the terms for an offer?

Accepted Answer

Terms are usually shown with the offer itself and on the Chow Sang Sang site once you click through. They explain which items are covered and any conditions that apply, so it's worth checking them before you add anything to your cart.

Question 4

Can an offer end earlier than expected?

Accepted Answer

It can. Stores sometimes change or pull offers, and some are limited by stock or time. If a deal has disappeared when you click through, check the other offers on this page or look at the store's own site.

Question 5

Can I combine more than one offer on the same order?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the offer. Some can't be stacked with other promotions, while others may be fine together. Check the terms of each offer you're keen on, and confirm the final price at checkout before paying.
