Question 1

How do I use a Dango Products offer?

Accepted Answer

Open the offer's link from this page, add your items to the cart and head to checkout. If the offer comes with a code, pop it in the discount box there. Always check the discount appears in your total before you pay.

Question 2

What if the discount doesn't apply at checkout?

Accepted Answer

First, re-read the offer's terms, since some only cover certain items or need specific conditions met. If the offer has a code, check you've typed it exactly. Still stuck? Try going back through the link on this page and starting a fresh cart.

Question 3

Where can I find the terms for an offer?

Accepted Answer

The terms are usually shown with the offer on this page or on the Dango Products page you land on after clicking through. They explain what the deal covers and any conditions, so it's worth a quick read before you buy.

Question 4

Can an offer end early?

Accepted Answer

It can. Stores sometimes change or pull offers without much warning, so a deal might finish sooner than you'd expect. If you spot something you like, check its terms and grab it while it's still showing as available.

Question 5

Do I need a code for every offer?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Some offers apply automatically once you click through and add items to your cart, while others come with a code you enter at checkout. Check the offer's details to see which one you're dealing with.
