Question 1

How do I use a Trip.com offer?

Accepted Answer

Open the offer's link from this page, then search and select your booking as usual. If the offer comes with a code, enter it at checkout. Always check the discount appears in your total before you pay.

Question 2

What if the discount doesn't apply at checkout?

Accepted Answer

Re-read the offer's terms, since some only cover certain bookings or need particular steps. Make sure you opened the offer from this page and entered any code exactly as shown. If it still won't apply, contact Trip.com's support team.

Question 3

Where can I find the terms of an offer?

Accepted Answer

Terms are usually shown with the offer itself, and again on the Trip.com page you land on. Give them a read before booking, because things like what's covered and any conditions can differ from one offer to the next.

Question 4

Can an offer end before I get to use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's possible. Offers can change or finish at any time, sometimes earlier than expected. If you've spotted one you like, it's worth checking its terms and booking sooner rather than later, so you don't miss out.

Question 5

Do I need a code for every offer?

Accepted Answer

No. Some offers apply automatically once you follow the link, while others come with a code to enter at checkout. Check each offer's details to see which kind it is, then confirm the saving before you pay.

Question 6

Can I combine more than one offer on a booking?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the terms of each offer, so check them before you book. Some can't be stacked with other deals. If you're unsure, look at the details on the Trip.com checkout page to see what's been applied.
