Question 1

How do I use a Chow Sang Sang offer?

Accepted Answer

Open the offer link from this page, read the terms, then shop as usual. If the offer comes with a code, enter it at checkout. Always check that your final total shows the discount before you pay.

Question 2

What if the discount does not apply at checkout?

Accepted Answer

First re-read the offer's terms, since some offers only cover selected items or need certain conditions. Then check that you opened the offer from this page and that any code was typed correctly. If it still fails, contact the store's customer service.

Question 3

Where can I find an offer's terms?

Accepted Answer

Terms are shown with the offer on this page and again on the store's own page after you click through. Read both before buying, as conditions can differ from one offer to another.

Question 4

Can an offer end early?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is possible. Stores can change or withdraw offers, or items may sell out, so an offer might finish sooner than you expect. Check the offer's terms and try not to leave your purchase to the last minute.

Question 5

Can I combine more than one offer?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the terms of each offer. Some may not be used together with other promotions, so check the conditions before you pay and make sure the final price at checkout looks right.
