Question 1

How do I use an offer from this page?

Accepted Answer

Click the offer you want on this page to open it on the G2000 SG site. Read the terms, add your items to the cart, and if the offer comes with a code, enter it at checkout. Check that the discount shows before you pay.

Question 2

What if the discount doesn't apply at checkout?

Accepted Answer

First re-read the offer's terms, since some offers only cover certain items or need conditions to be met. Check that any code was typed correctly and that your cart matches. If it still fails, reopen the offer link from this page, then contact G2000 SG's customer service.

Question 3

Where can I find the terms of an offer?

Accepted Answer

Terms are shown with each offer on this page and on the G2000 SG page you land on after clicking. Look for details on eligible items, who can use the offer and how it works. If anything is unclear, the terms on the store's site are what count.

Question 4

Can an offer end early?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it can happen. Stores may change or stop offers at any time, and some offers may be limited in how many times they can be used. Check the offer's terms for its end details, and don't wait too long if there's something you want.

Question 5

Does every offer need a code?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Some offers apply automatically after you click through, while others come with a code to enter at checkout. Each offer's terms say which one applies, so check them before you start shopping.
