Question 1

How do I use a Klook offer from this page?

Accepted Answer

Click the offer link on this page to open Klook, then pick what you want to book. If the offer comes with a code, enter it at checkout. Always check that the discount appears in your total before you confirm payment.

Question 2

What if the discount doesn't apply at checkout?

Accepted Answer

First re-read the offer's terms, since some offers only cover certain products or have conditions. Then make sure you opened Klook through the offer link and entered any code correctly. If it still fails, contact Klook customer support for help.

Question 3

Where can I find the terms of an offer?

Accepted Answer

The terms are usually shown with the offer on this page or on the Klook page it links to. Check them before booking, as they explain what the offer covers and any conditions that apply to using it.

Question 4

Can an offer end earlier than expected?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it can. Offers may change, run out or be withdrawn by the store, sometimes without much warning. If you've spotted something you like, it's best to check the offer's terms and book sooner rather than later.

Question 5

Do I need a code for every Klook offer?

Accepted Answer

No. Some offers apply automatically once you open the link, while others come with a code you enter at checkout. The offer's description will tell you which type it is, so check it before you book.
