Question 1

How do I use a strawberrynet offer?

Accepted Answer

Click the offer link on this page to open strawberrynet, add your items to the cart, and check out. If the offer comes with a code, key it in at checkout. Always confirm the discount appears before paying.

Question 2

What if the discount doesn't apply at checkout?

Accepted Answer

First re-read the offer's terms, as some offers only cover certain products or brands. Make sure you opened the store through the offer link and, if there's a code, that you typed it correctly. If it still fails, contact strawberrynet's customer service.

Question 3

Where can I find the terms of an offer?

Accepted Answer

The terms are shown with each offer on this page and usually on the strawberrynet website too. Check them before you buy, since conditions can differ from one offer to the next.

Question 4

Can an offer end earlier than expected?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it can. Stores sometimes change or withdraw offers, or limit them to certain items. Check the offer's terms and try to complete your purchase soon after you find a deal you like.

Question 5

Can I use more than one offer on the same order?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the offer. Some can't be combined with other promotions, so check each offer's terms. If you're unsure, try applying them at checkout and see what the order summary shows.
