Question 1

How do I use an Agent Provocateur offer?

Accepted Answer

Click the offer on this page to open the store, then add your items to your bag. If the offer comes with a code, enter it at checkout. If it doesn't, the discount may apply automatically once you arrive through the link.

Question 2

What if my discount doesn't apply at checkout?

Accepted Answer

First, make sure the items in your bag are covered by the offer, since some deals only apply to certain products. Then re-check the terms and any code you typed. If it still fails, go back to this page and reopen the offer link.

Question 3

Where can I find the terms of an offer?

Accepted Answer

The terms are on the offer itself, either in the listing on this page or on the Agent Provocateur page you land on after clicking through. Read them before you buy, because they spell out what's included and any limits.

Question 4

Can an offer end before I get to use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it can. Stores sometimes change or pull offers earlier than planned. If you want to use one, don't wait too long, and check the offer's terms on the store site to see whether it's still running.

Question 5

Do I need an account to use an offer?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the offer. Many can be used without any special setup, but some may have extra conditions. Check the terms of the specific offer you want to use so you know what the store expects before checkout.
