Question 1

How do I use a Trip.com offer?

Accepted Answer

Open the offer link from this page, then search for and select what you want to book on Trip.com. If the offer comes with a code, enter it at checkout. Always check that the discount appears in your total before you pay.

Question 2

What should I do if my discount doesn't apply?

Accepted Answer

First, re-read the offer's terms to make sure your booking qualifies. Then check that you opened the offer through its link and entered any code exactly as shown. If it still doesn't work, try a different offer or contact Trip.com support.

Question 3

Where can I find the terms for an offer?

Accepted Answer

Each offer's terms are usually shown on the offer details or on the Trip.com page you land on after clicking through. Look for the fine print before you book, since it explains what the offer covers and any limits that apply.

Question 4

Can an offer end before its listed date?

Accepted Answer

It can happen. Some offers are limited and may end early or change without much notice. If you see something you like, check its terms and book sooner rather than later, and confirm the discount is applied before you pay.

Question 5

Can I combine more than one offer on a single booking?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the offer. Some can be stacked and others can't, so check each offer's terms before you book. If the checkout only lets you apply one, compare your options and go with the one that saves you the most.
