Question 1

How do I use an offer from this page?

Accepted Answer

Click the offer to open the Dango Products site, add what you want to your cart, and go to checkout. If the offer comes with a code, enter it there. Always check that the discount appears in your total before paying.

Question 2

What should I do if a discount doesn't apply at checkout?

Accepted Answer

First, reread the offer's terms, since some offers only cover certain items or need specific conditions. Make sure any code is typed exactly as shown and that you came through the offer link from this page. If it still fails, try another offer.

Question 3

Where can I find the terms of an offer?

Accepted Answer

Terms are usually shown with the offer itself, either on this page or on the Dango Products site after you click through. Because every offer is different, it's worth reading its terms before you add items, so nothing about the discount surprises you at checkout.

Question 4

Can an offer end before I get to use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it can. Stores sometimes change or end offers without much notice, and some may have limits on how long they run. If an offer matters to you, check its terms and use it sooner rather than later. Expired offers may no longer work.

Question 5

Can I combine more than one offer on a single order?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the offer. Some can be stacked with others and some can't, and that is normally spelled out in the terms. Check each offer's terms, and if only one can be applied at checkout, go with the one that saves you the most.

Question 6

How often does this page change?

Accepted Answer

The list of offers is refreshed regularly as new deals appear and older ones end. That means what you see today may look different next week. If you're planning a purchase, take a quick look here first to see what's currently available.
