Question 1

How do I use a Chow Sang Sang offer?

Accepted Answer

Click the offer link on this page, which takes you to the store's site. Add the items you want to your cart, and if the offer comes with a code, enter it at checkout. Check that the discount shows up in your order total before you pay.

Question 2

What should I do if a discount doesn't apply?

Accepted Answer

First, re-read the offer's terms, since some deals only cover selected items or come with conditions. Then make sure you came through the link on this page and that any code was typed correctly. If it still doesn't work, contact the store's customer service before you pay.

Question 3

Where can I find the terms for an offer?

Accepted Answer

Each offer on this page lists its details, and the store's own page for that offer usually spells out the full conditions. Look there for which items are covered and any limits before you buy, so nothing surprises you at checkout.

Question 4

Can an offer end early?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it can. Stores change or pull offers at any time, and some apply only to selected items or while supplies last. If an offer matters to you, check its terms and use it sooner rather than later.

Question 5

Can I combine more than one offer?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the offer. Some can be stacked with other promotions and some can't, so check the terms of each one. The checkout page will usually show whether a second offer or code is accepted before you pay.
