Question 1

How do I use a Klook offer from this page?

Accepted Answer

Click the offer you want to open it on Klook, then pick your booking and head to checkout. Some offers apply automatically, while others come with a code you enter yourself. The offer's terms will tell you which one applies.

Question 2

What if the discount doesn't apply at checkout?

Accepted Answer

First, double-check the offer's terms, since it may only cover certain products or bookings. Make sure you opened the offer from this page and entered any code exactly as shown. If it still fails, try another offer or contact Klook support.

Question 3

Where can I find an offer's terms and conditions?

Accepted Answer

Terms are usually listed with the offer itself, either on this page or on Klook's page once you click through. Read them before you book, because they spell out what the offer covers and any limits that might apply to your purchase.

Question 4

Can an offer end earlier than expected?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it can. Offers sometimes change or end before you'd expect, so it's smart not to wait too long. Check the terms on the offer you want, and confirm the discount appears in your total before you complete your booking.

Question 5

Can I combine more than one offer on a single booking?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the offer. Some can't be stacked with other promotions, while others might be. Look at the terms for each offer you're considering, and confirm what your final total looks like at checkout before paying.
